Troubleshoot, test, and calibrate the DC / RF generators, amplifiers, and analog and digital impedance matching networks, regardless of the age of the product to determine reparability of product. |

Provide daily customer support via telephone, e-mail or fax in response to technical problems or requests. |
| |
Prepare unit for shipping. Also update RMA database for shipping and submit final paperwork for billing. |

Collaborate with other service engineers and application engineers to resolve problems. |

Electrical and electronic schematics, diagrams, manuals and handbooks. Hand soldering and wiring tools. Standard electronic test equipment: Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, RF power meter, function generator, digital multimeter, current probe, RF powermeter, troubleshooting meters, burn-in loads, water cooling manifolds, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, vector impedance meter, power supplies, computerized testing equipment and PC. |
